Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:
We ship only within India.

Delivery Times:
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. For northern parts of India, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is based on the weight of the products, and we offer free shipping on orders over ₹2000. The shipping rates are as follows:

  • Up to 499 grams: ₹60
  • 500 to 999 grams: ₹90
  • 1kg to 1499 grams: ₹140
  • 1500 to 1999 grams: ₹190
  • 2000 to 2400 grams: ₹240

Shipping Providers:
We primarily ship via India Post. Other shipping partners include Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, BlueDart, and EcomExpress.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you via WhatsApp.

Packaging:
All products are securely packed in carton boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Handling Delays:
In case of unexpected delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Customers can cancel or modify their orders before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable, we will reattempt delivery upon the customer’s request.


Return and Exchange Policy

Eligible Products:
All products are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are unused. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return or exchange a product.

Return Window:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted once the product has been used.

Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for manufacturing defects or if you receive the wrong product.

Product Condition:
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, it must be returned unused, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Damaged Products:
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
At present, all products are eligible for returns, provided they meet the return conditions.

Refund Exclusions:
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
