In 2018, Sajith P. S. walked away from a 12-year career in banking — not because he had to, but because he chose to. The reason was simple: family, and a quiet ambition to build something of his own.
What followed were months of deep research — studying steels, understanding blade geometries, learning what professionals actually need versus what the market was offering. In 2019, AdhaKen® was born as a home-based venture in Nayarambalam, Kerala.
What started with a few carefully selected knives shipped from a home office has grown into a brand trusted by chefs, butchers, and professionals across India. Every product we offer is chosen with the same standard — if it wouldn’t impress a professional, we don’t sell it.
